How do you get an estimate from D. Michael Designs?
*You contact Dave Peters at 210-608-3286 and schedule an appointment for him to come to your home to speak with you about your project(s). Dave will take measurements, inspect areas that need attention, take pictures and ask you important questions about your particular job. He will then take that information, write you a detailed itemized estimate that you will receive within a week (most jobs). In some cases Dave will provide a drawing (for clarity) or have an architect draw up what is needed to bid the project. Dave also can have the architects and engineers draw the necessary drawings needed to obtain building permits and remodeling permits needed to start a project.

Finding a qualified General Contractor is pretty tough here in San Antonio. D. Michael Designs only hires quality subcontractors that qualify to work for them. Most of our contractors have been with us since we opened our doors. Being a General Contractor you hire us to Project Manage and Supervise your project. We obtain the necessary drawings and permits and write the contracts. We make sure all our subcontractors:
*are insured and licensed
*are qualified to do the scope of work
*show up daily and perform what we direct them to do
*are being respectful of your property both inside and out
